Hispanic Business that President Bush, in a rare stop by the White
House, kicked off Hispanic Heritage Month with a flamenco performance by
Spanish dancer and choreographer Joaquin Cortes and his traveling troupe of
musicians. Bush bragged about his
administration's 'grande achievementos' in giving the country's largest
illegal minority group 'a heck of a life'. Bush also said he is proud to call
Latinos 'Americans' and that he was "proud to be their president."
