There ain't a dang thing funny about what happened down in New Orleans last year about this time. I want to make that much perfectly clear. God doesn't do funny.

If it wasn't for that Katrina, I'd be on vacation right now. But it is vitally important for the president to keep up appearances.
 

Still, you've got to admit that some of the pictures were funny.

What the heck is this? Is it supposed to be a boat? That's the worst boat I've ever seen. And the dang fool is trying to drive it with a snow shovel! I didn't realize it snowed in the Big Easy.

Whoa! Imagine making a wrong turn and ending up on this butt ugly stretch of road!
