AIRING: Nationally on cable networks, and select media markets in 17 states.

SCRIPT:

[Sound: Chants of 'Obama, Obama'] [Open to mob at Brandenburg; cut to Obama, black and white stock - close crop, full frame]

BARACK OBAMA: "I'm young. I'm new to the national scene"

[Freeze frame]

VOICEOVER: "He's young. And he is new to the national scene."

BO: "My name is Barack Obama."

[Freeze frame]

VO: "His name is Barack Hussein Obama".

[half second pause] [three yellow frames] [half second pause] [three red frames]

BO: "I am African-American."

[Freeze frame]

VO: "He claims two nationalities."

BO: "I was born in Hawaii."

[Freeze frame]

VO: "That lucky son of a gun."

BO: "I spent time in Indonesia."

[sixteen red frames before freeze frame]

VO: "You've got to be kidding me."

BO: "I do not have the typical biography of a presidential candidate."

VO: "You can say that again."

BO: "What that means is that I'm sort of unfamiliar and people are still trying to get a fix on who I am."
